Any PJ's or ex-PJ's got any tips on training for the PAST?

I've done plenty of research on www.specialtactics.com and other websites but I just want to hear any advice or tips from anyone about anything dealing with the PAST. Maybe some things you didn't expect when you did your PAST or something in that nature.... appreciate it, thanks.
