What kind of womens snowboard would be good for me?

this year will be my third year snowboarding. i need a womens board thats good for park and pipe, but is also good for all mountain. Im really trying to make progress so i need a board thats not too difficult and isnt a whole wad of cash. i was looking at a burton z rocker but im not sure about what i should get. if you have any suggestions message me back. thanks.
