Beef Rump Roast... I have a 4 1/2 pound one I would love to cook?

roast beef is one of my all time favorites; however beef doesn't have the taste & tenderness it once did. i have more often lately used roasts for carne guisada. throw it in the crock pot, add canned diced green chilies, canned rotel type tomatoes & chilies, in & chili powder. (all of this is to taste, but lots of green chilies is always good) use this conglomeration for chimmi chongas;(wrap in flour torts, toothpick & fry til crisp, top with shredded lettuce, avacado & sour cream). also use it in place of taco meat, for fajitas with sauted peppers & onions etc. you get the idea! you've reminded me, it's time for a pot of that.
