Is too much dietary fiber dangerous?
I'm a young woman, and have read that I need about 25 g/day. I have probably been consuming close to it or more. Today, I might have about 30-40 g. Is that dangerous? Also, is it bad to consume 20 g of fiber within a period of four to five hours?
