What do you make of this story?

It was a SUSPENDED sentence people! That means they didn't go to prison, and so long as they were good within that 11 month period they wouldn't have any other punishment. Yes I think it was about right, after all it wasn't their money and the real owner of the ticket was doing everything she could to find the ticket and claim the prize money; while in the meantime the Stacey couple had spent half the money! I think that justice was definitely served.
