Does being a women increase my chance of getting NROTC scholarship?

My ACT and SAT scores qualify me for the scholarship, I had an abundance of leadership in High School as president of my debate team and being a lifeguard manager. I played tennis for two years and competed in triathlons since my senior year. Majority of my cles were AP or honors with a 4.2 (weighted) GPA. Currently I am in Navy DEP awaiting a decision on the scholarship, with all these factors in mind plus me being a women give me a chance at the scholarship. (I also aced my interview with the ROTC Officer).
