Most definitely, you should tell him. Because if this bad feeling has come true before, then it can come true again. If it happens again this time, then you'll regret for never trying. Even though you've been friends for almost 10 years, he'll still listen to you because you both had such a long history together. Even though some stuff was said, its time to be set of the past or youll never be free to see what the Future holds. He still cares, he's just upset & hurt at the moment, probably bc of what you said. If I were you, I would do it, despite what was said, or done. I cant change your mind, or make you do it.
