No audio devices detected?

When I run into this problem, I usually download a similiar driver, something from a very close model of your current system. You may have to manually update the drivers instead of having an .exe do it for you. This has happened to me as well, and there is no starightforward answer, other than the realtek driver has given me the exact same issue in the past. All I can suggest is to play around with different drivers.
